Of all the opportunities to shoot live footage (with my camera here in the office) or even take stills with my personal camera (of which the battery is not functioning)... I so much would have loved having the opportunity this morning! But that was not the case... therefore, I'll just have to explain with the simplest and most common form of communication--- written words.
As I speak Reece is sitting in his bouncer making all kinds of talking noises and most importantly, pulling on his rattles that hang from the mobile on his bouncy rocker. It is quite adorable as he grabs hold of the tangible rattles and tries pulling on them! He is quite the 3-month old and oh, how he is adored!
We recently went to Spearman to see his "G" and his GiGi. What a fun time we had there Sunday night. All of his great aunts and uncles were there and were able to see how much he'd grown... which is quite a bit, weighing in at over 16 lbs (I assume). And that's a common assumption among many because he is not the lightweight anymore... well, was he ever?!
Haha!
Reece has been enjoying his Bumbo chair with the playtray... pictures of that will be coming soon from a disposable camera that just needs developing- since we've taken some of him playing in the Bumbo with his links. And he has been holding his head up great! He'll be in the car seat just sticking his head out like a turtle, trying to find something else to look at. Not only does he hold his head up well in the car seat but also in his bed during tummy time. He just pops that head up and holds it there for at least 30 seconds.
He is growing so fast and we're loving every minute of it!
